ISO 3166-2 codes for Belgium

ISO 3166-2 codes for Belgium cover 5 Provinces in Flanders and 5 provinces in Wallonia. The first part is the ISO 3166-1 code BE for Belgium, the second part is three-digit-alphabetic, where the first letter marks the region. Brussels is a separate region, the code is not clear.
