Interstate 12 is an intrastate interstate highway located entirely within the state of Louisiana, United States. It goes from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Alton, Louisiana[?], and meets with Interstate 10 at both locations.

- There is a good chance that I-12 will overlap I-10 between Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Houston, Texas in the future, and from Houston, Texas, I-12 will be extended along U.S. 290 to Austin, Texas at Interstate 35.
