In Bed With Medinner

In Bed With Medinner was a legendary 1990s late-night British TV programme starring Bob Mills. The show started with a parody of the The Avengers Series Five title sequence which was worth the price of admission on its own.

It had a clip-show format, in which Mills presented a long rambling commentary that inevitably led to a story about a video clip, and then to the amusing video clip itself.

Only shown very late in the evening, it distingushed itself as entertainment for the very very tired, or possibly very drunk, viewer.

A second series followed. The third and final series was entitled Still In Bed With Medinner.

The title was a parody of the UK title of Madonna's movie In Bed With Madonna, originally titled Truth or Dare in the US.
