House of Pain

House of Pain is an Irish hip-hop group formed by Everlast in 1992. Their debut single, "Jump Around," was a huge hit.

Everlast was originally a member of Ice T's Rhyme Syndicate[?]; he later joined the Soul Assassins[?] to form House of Pain. What was special about them was especially that they stressed their Irish roots. The music was somewhat similar to other music produced by Cypress Hill's DJ Muggs at the time. After three CDs, Everlast left House of Pain and returned to his solo career while DJ Lethal[?] became part of rapcore heroes Limp Bizkit.
