Herbal contraception

For millenia, numerous herbs[?] have been claimed to reduce fertility, abort pregnancy, reduce menstrual cramping[?] and/or PMS, and as emergency contraceptives. Knowledge of such herbs has generally been widespread among indigenous and/or ancient populations, such as Native Americans. Methods of herbal contraception can be traced at least as far back as ancient Greece.
