Henry Rice

Henry Rice(November 29, 1816 to January 15, 1894) was an American politican. He served as a delegate to the US Congress from the Terroritory of Minnesota from March 4, 1853 to March 3, 1857. He was elected as a Democrat to the US Senate when Minnesota became a state. He served in the Senate from May 11, 1858 to March 3, 1863.
