Haute-Corse

Haute-Corse is a French département, number 2b. Northern part of the Corsica island.

The département was formed in 1975, when the Corse département (n°20) was divided between Haute-Corse (2a) and Corse-du-Sud (2b).

Préfecture (capital): Bastia.
