George F. Moore

George F. Moore (1887 - 1949), as a Major General in the US Army, was the commander of the Harbor Defences of Manila and Subic Bays[?], the Philippines, at the time of the 1941 Japanese invasion.

From 1942-45, Moore was a POW.
