Geoffrey Perkins has been a central figure in British comedy broadcasting. He appeared in, or was involved in the production of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Uncyclopaedia Of Rock[?], Hordes of the Things, Spitting Image, Saturday Live (UK)[?], Norbert Smith - A Life[?], The Harry Enfield Television Programme[?], Father Ted, Radio Active, Game On[?] and The Thin Blue Line.

For many years he was a director of Hat Trick Productions[?], an independent television and radio production company.
