The racial makeup of the city is 3.54% White, 0.00% African American, 95.69% Native American, 0.46% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.31% from two or more races. 0.31% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
