Gallagher

Gallagher (born July 24, 1947) was born Leo Anthony Gallagher in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He is a bald American comic known for smashing watermelons, Jello, and other sundry items with a sledgehammer he has dubbed his "Sledge-o-matic".

His popularity is largely based on live appearances (those in the front rows must protect themselves from flying produce with plastic sheeting) and on a number of television specials.
