Freedom Press

Freedom Press is an anarchist publishing house based in Whitechapel in the East End of London. Alongside its many books and pamphlets, the group also regularly publishes a journal, The Raven, and a fortnightly newspaper, Freedom.

The Press was started in the late 19th century by a group of friends, including Peter Kropotkin, who were already publishing the Freedom newspaper.

Freedom Press have published titles by Clifford Harper, Dennis Gould[?], Colin Ward, Murray Bookchin, Gaston Leval[?], William Blake and many others.
