Redirected from Flavour

This article is about flavor, the sensory impression. There is another article on Flavor (particle physics) for the particle property.

Flavor (British and international spelling flavour) refers to the sensory impression of a food or other substance. It is determined by the three senses of taste, olfaction (smell), and the so-called trigeminal senses[?], which detect chemical irritants in the mouth and throat.
