Flag of Nepal

Flag Ratio: 4:3

The National flag of Nepal, is the only non-rectangular national flag. The flag was adopted on December 16, 1962. The two triangles represent the Himalaya mountains[?] and two religons; Buddhism and Hinduism. The sun and moon used to symbolize the Kings and Prime Ministers[?] family. Crimson is the national colour of Nepal.
