Esaki Leona

Esaki Leona (江崎 玲於奈; also known as Leo Esaki) is a Japanese physican[?] and won Nobel prize in Physics[?] in 1973. He is known for his Esaki diode[?].

In 1947, he graduated from Tokyo University. In 1973, won Nobel prize in Physics[?] in 1973 for the research he conducted in 1958.
