Emsworth

Emsworth is a small town in the United Kingdom.

Situated on the south coast on the Hampshire side of the border between Hampshire and West Sussex, it has the postal sorting office for the local area. The area was once used for oyster farming, and the beds can still be seen at low tide, the town still has a small harbour. Next to the harbour is the millpond, which fills at high tide, and is emptied through a sluice at low tide. The river Ems, after which the town is named also flows into the millpond, and although the mill is no longer in use, it is now one of the local sailing clubs.

Emsworth has a population of approximately 10000 people, and benefits from 16 public houses, mainly due to the adjacent army base at Thorney Island[?].

It is a splendid place to live, and mainly ancient people live there. It has few youth friendly activities
