Eliyahu M. Goldratt

Eliyahu M. Goldratt is an Israel-born business visionary, the originator of the theory of constraints (abbreviation: TOC). He applied the scientific method to resolving some permanent problems of organizations.

His is the author of a best-selling business novel The Goal[?], which has become the bible of focused performance improvement.
