Duke of Kent

Duke of Kent is a title which has been created various times in the peerages of Great Britain and the United Kingdom, most recently as a royal dukedom for the fourth son of King George V of the United Kingdom.

The Dukes of Kent are as follows:

Dukes of Kent (Peerage of Great Britain, 1710)

  1. Henry Grey[?], 11th Earl of Kent (1702), 1st Marquess of Kent (1706), (1671-1740)

Dukes of Kent and Strathearn (Peerage of Great Britain, 1799)

  1. Prince Edward, fourth son of King George III, and father of Queen Victoria (1767-1820)

Dukes of Kent (Peerage of the United Kingdom, 1934)

  1. Prince George, fourth son of King George V (1900-1942)
  2. Prince Edward[?], son of the first duke (b.1935)
