Doctorate

A Doctorate is the highest level of academic degree. The most common type is a PhD (Philosophię Doctor or Doctor of Philosophy), awarded for the completion of a doctoral thesis[?].

Other Doctorates:

  • DD (Divinitatis Doctor or Doctor of Divinity)
  • J.D. (Juris Doctor or Doctor of Law)
  • MD (Medicinę Doctor or Doctor of Medicine)
