Dia

Dia is a general-purpose diagram[?] creation program, developed as part of the GNOME project.

It's conceived in a modular way with several shape packages for different needs: flowchart[?], network diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc.

Compare to Visio[?] and Kivio[?].
