Delfzijl

Delfzijl (population: 29,005) is a town in the northeastern Netherlands, in the province of Groningen. The municipality covers an area of 138.34 km2 (of which 4.72 km2 water).

The municipality of Delfzijl also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Bierum[?], Biessum[?], Borgsweer[?], Farmsum[?], Godlinze[?], Holwierde[?], Krewerd[?], Losdorp[?], Meedhuizen[?], Spijk[?], Termunten[?], Termunterzijl[?], Uitwierde[?], Wagenborgen[?], Weiwerd[?], Woldendorp[?].
