Dark Angel

Dark Angel is a science fiction television show about a genetically enhanced female soldier named Max. As a kid she escapes, with others like her, from a secret government institution called Manticore where the kids were "made" and trained to be soldiers. Soon after her escape, a terrorist strike with an electromagnetic pulse weapon destroys all computers and communication in the US, throwing the country into chaos.

The show aired first in October 2000. Creator is James Cameron; he is also executive producer, together with Charles C. Eglee[?].
