Coramae Richey Mann

Coramae Richey Mann is a professor emeritus of criminal justice at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mann has criticized the arguments of William Wilbanks, arguing that Wilbanks' reliance on quantitative and statiscal data hides the reality of racism.
