Chronic

Chronic ( Greek chronos) - for example a chronic illness is one that persists for a long time, usually more than 3 months. By analogy, this adjective has come to describe the solution of a problem that is not possible in a short time, or that if once solved will reoccur.
Examples of chronic conditions:
