Christian Lous Lange

Christian Lous Lange (September 17, 1869 - December 11, 1938) was born in Stavanger, Norway, and received the Master of Arts degree from the University of Oslo in 1893. In 1909, he was appointed secreaty-general of the Inter-parliamentary Union[?], a position he retained until 1933.

He received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1921.
