CHTML

CHTML (for "Compact HTML") is a subset of the HTML markup language that works on DoCoMo[?]'s iMode[?] mobile phones.

CHTML is an alternative to WML. CHTML is considered superior by many as it is not incompatible with HTML, thus allowing CHTML websites to be read by standard web browsers, and to be created using standard web tools, with a minimunm of post-processing and validation.

In addition, CHTML does not have the clumsy "card" structure of WML.
