Caranthir

In J. R. R. Tolkien's fantasy universe of Middle-earth, Caranthir was the fourth and nastiest of the sons of Fëanor, called the Dark for his cruelty. He abandoned to death Dior's sons Eluréd and Elurín in the forests of Doriath during the Sack of Menegroth.
