Bluto
Bluto is a cartoon character created by Paramount Pictures as Popeye's Nemesis.
He also has a crush on Olive Oyl, which is why he constantly kidnaps her but Popeye always defeats him. He also goes by the name Brutus in the later Popeye cartoons because the Walt Disney Company sued Paramount and they didn't want to get Bluto confused with Pluto who is Mickey Mouse's dog.
