Biljana Plavsic

On December 16, 2002, the former Bosnian Serb President Biljana Plavsic pled guilty to one count of crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia for her part in persecuting Bosnian Muslims[?] and Croats[?] during the 1992-1995 conflict, which left 200,000 dead or missing.
