Big cats
The Big Cats term is used to refer to the Wild cats of the Americas, Africa,
Asia, and Europe. Australia and Antarctica have no species of big cats.

- Cheetah (Africa)
- Jaguar (South America)
- Leopard (Africa)
- Lion (Africa, Gir lion in Asia)
- Lynx
- Ocelot[?]
- Puma (other names: catamount, cougar, mountain lion, painted cat) (North and South America)
- Tiger (Asia)
