Beveren

Beveren is a municipality located in the Belgian province of East Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Beveren proper, Doel[?], Haasdonk[?], Kallo[?], Kieldrecht[?], Melsele[?], Verrebroek[?] and Vrasene[?]. On January 1st, 2000 Beveren had a total population of 44,977 (22,456 males and 22,521 females). The total area is 153.61 km² which gives a population density of 292.80 inhabitants per km².
