Berenstain Bears

The family consists of: Papa Bear, the lumberjack father, Mama Bear, his homemaker wife, and their two children, Brother and Sister Bear (Prior to Sister's birth Brother's name was "Small Bear.") The Bear family lives in Bear Country alongside many other bear characters, such as Too-Tall Grizzly, Cousin Fred, and Actual Factual.

The Berenstain Bears have appeared in dozens of stories, both in novel and picture book format. They also appeared in a short-lived cartoon, and a variety of edutainment software.
