Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 356 people, 140 households, and 105 families residing in the village. The population density is 218.2/km² (566.3/mi²). There are 153 housing units at an average density of 93.8/km² (243.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 99.16% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.84% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.28% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 140 households out of which 33.6% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.7% are married couples living together, 11.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 24.3% are non-families. 22.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
