Barron Field

Barron Field in Everman, Texas, was one of three airfields used during World War I by the U.S. Army Signal Corps[?] (later U.S. Army Air Service[?]) flight training centre at Camp Taliaferro near Fort Worth.

Barron Field saw flight training and daredevil stunting by the likes of Ormer Locklear, and other pioneer barnstorming pilots.
