Barbara Keating

Barbara Keating (December 23, 1928 - September 11, 2001), youth services volunteer. Barbara raised her five children in Framingham, Massachusetts. She later started helping youths in her local Big Brothers[?] & Big Sisters[?] chapter where she later became the executive director. Around 1995 she permanently moved to Palm Springs, California where she volunteered at St. Theresa's.

Keating died at 72 in the crash of American Airlines flight 11 in the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack.

Barbara is survived by her five children, 10 grandchildren, and her brother.
