Bachelor of Applied Science

A Bachelor of Applied Science is an undergraduate academic degree awarded for a courses taken that generally lasts three years in the UK or four or five years in North America.

A Bachelor of Applied Science usually requires a student to take a majority of their courses (usually 3/4) in the applied sciences[?], specializing in at least one of:

Most universities plan the Applied Science Bachelor degree with a rigourous course schedule.

A graduate of a Bachelor of Applied Science, receives the designation BAS or B.ASc. for a major degree and BAS (Hon.) or B.ASc. (Hon.) for an honours degree.
