Argentine cuisine

Argentine cuisine is food in Argentina and is heavily influenced by European cuisine and in particular Italian cuisine. Typical meals include various pasta dishes (fideos, nuquis(sp?), raviolis), mashed potatoes (pure de papas), and a number of meat dishes (carne asado, milanesa, lomo, empanadas)
