Alkemade

Alkemade (population: 14,409) is a municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of 30.88 km² (of which 3.98 km² water).

The municipality of Alkemade consists the following towns, villages and townships: Kaag[?], Nieuwe Wetering[?], Oud Ade[?], Oude Wetering[?], Rijpwetering[?], Roelofarendsveen[?].
