Albanus

Albanus was a Roman cognomen meaning "of Alba", referring to the ancient city Alba Longa.

The Alban Hills southeast of Rome were known as Albanus Mons to the Romans, and Lago Albano[?] in the Alban Hills was called Albanus Lacus.

The galeasse[?] Albanus[?] was a ship that sailed in the Baltic Sea during the early 20th century. A replica has since been built.
