Abram L. Scott

Abram L. Scott (1785 - 1833) was a Democratic Mississippi politican born in South Carolina. He served in the state senate in 1822 and 1826-1827. In 1832, he was sworn in as governor and served until his death by cholera in July 1833. Charles Lynch succeeded him in office.
