Zedelgem is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Aartrijke[?], Loppem[?], Veldegem[?] and Zedelgem proper. On January 1st, 2000 Zedelgem had a total population of 22,020 (11,014 males and 11,006 females). The total area is 60.31 km² which gives a population density of 365.13 inhabitants per km².
