Zarbon

Zarbon is a fictional character in the Anime Dragon Ball Z.

He is the 'right-hand man' of Frieza, and is very strong.

Despite having light-blue skin and long green hair, Zarbon is considered to be quite attractive. He also wears jewellery, and has been called a pretty boy[?] by some.

He has one transformation state, to a much uglier, yet stronger, form.
