Zacarias Moussaoui

Zacarias Moussaoui, a Frenchman of Moroccan descent, was the first person indicted in connection with the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack on the United States, accused of conspiring with Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda network to kill thousands of people.
