York Chocolate cat

The York Chocolate cat is a new breed of show cat, with a long fluffy coat and a plumed tail. As the name suggests, all cats of this breed are solid chocolate or lavender, or solid chocolate and white or lavender and white bicolor cat.

This breed was created by colour-selecting domestic longhaired cats, and it is not yet widely recognised by breeders and Cat Fanciers associations[?].
