Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 617 people, 333 households, and 185 families residing in the city. The population density is 267.7/km² (693.1/mi²). There are 619 housing units at an average density of 268.5/km² (695.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 96.27% White, 0.16% African American, 0.32% Native American, 0.81% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.43% from two or more races. 2.76% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
