William Cashman

William "Billy" Cashman (???? - September 11, 2001), welder. He grew up in Hell's Kitchen in New York, New York. William was a veteran of the 101st Airborne Division. He also held a red belt in karate. As a member of Metal Lathers Local 46 of the Ironworkers[?] Union, he taught welding classes.

Cashman died at 60 in the crash of United Airlines flight 93 in the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack. He was on his way to his annual hiking trip in Yosemite National Park with his friend Patrick Joseph Driscoll.
