Willard is a city located in Kansas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 86.

Geography Willard is located at 39°5'38" North, 95°56'36" West (39.093917, -95.943334)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²). None of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 86 people, 38 households, and 22 families residing in the city. The population density is 301.9/km² (806.5/mi²). There are 50 housing units at an average density of 175.5/km² (468.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 97.67% White, 0.00% African American, 1.16% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.16% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 8.14% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 38 households out of which 28.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% are married couples living together, 7.9% have a female householder with no husband present, and 42.1% are non-families. 36.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 10.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
