WikiProject Encyclopedic Network

This WikiProject aims primarily to emphasize, explore, and elaborate on the WikiPedia notions of Encyclopedia as being enkyklios paideia (i.e. in a circle of instruction) and of Network (in Graph theory) as vertices or nodes, connected by links, called edges or arcs, together. This WikiProject is to be concluded either

  1. with the encyclopedic self-realization (in the sense of Humanism) of some being as being so constituted. (Members of such a being are per definition commensurate to pairs of vertices connected by one edge or arc),
  2. with the proof that a collection of vertices or nodes, connected by links, called edges or arcs cannot attain encyclopedic self-realization (in the sense of Humanism), or
  3. with the conclusion that neither of the above can be demonstrated.

The WikiProject Encyclopedic Network has been motivated by the preference that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not some sort of neural net, which was observed at Talk:Autodidact at the Fountain square. The WikiProject Encyclopedic Network may therefore transcend Wikipedia, if its aim number 1. had been accomplished and the being so self-realized were being referred to as neural. It is surely worth mentioning that in completion of its aim number 1., the WikiProject Encyclopedic Network ceases. Until then, it cannot therefore contradict its own definition as a WikiProject being a page resource devoted to the management of a specific family of information within the WikiPedia.

Descendant WikiProjects have not been defined. It may be worth mentioning that the possible definition of one or more descendent WikiProjects of WikiProject Encyclopedic Network could not contradict WikiProject Encyclopedic Network being a WikiProject as well.

Articles to be kept should instruct how, demonstrate that, and/or question whether, the indicated notions of vertices connected or linked by edges or arcs allow to express human knowledge represented in articles within WikiPedia.
