Wemmel

Wemmel is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant. The municipality only comprises the town of Wemmel proper. On January 1st, 2000 Wemmel had a total population of 13,932 (6,619 males and 7,313 females). The total area is 8.81 km² which gives a population density of 1,581.38 inhabitants per km².
