Washington Metro

Washington DC's Metro transportation system is owned and operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority (WMATA) and is divided into two different transportation services, Metrorail which operates the Red, Blue, Orange, Green and Yellow high speed rail lines and Metrobus which operates bus service both throughout the metropolitan District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia areas.
